Cathedral Square Lawn x Suburban Vibes Concert - Friday 20 February

Suburban Vibes is delivering two intimate live music events on the Cathedral Square Lawn in February 2026. Showcasing Perth artists in a relaxed, picnic-style outdoor setting. Each evening features two original-music acts, premium production, ambient déco and hospitality to elevate the guest experience.

Charlie Youngson

Charlie Youngson is a young multi-instrumentalist whose unique blend of blues guitar work and folky storytelling has been captivating audiences across Australia.

Growing up in Bridgetown, Charlie made waves as he broke into the Perth music scene in 2024, and has since opened for an array of artists, including Felipe Baldomir, Kim Churchill, Ash Grunwald, Vika and Lynda Bull, Steph Strings and many more.

Charlie writes from the heart and his emotional and captivating live show is a testament to years of dedication to the craft.

Reuben De Melo

Reuben De Melo is the husband of Olivia De Melo who are a music duo, creating music & loving life! Known as one of Perth's (Western Australia) music industry power couples, those lucky enough to have seen & heard Reuben & Olivia live know it's an experience not to be missed.

Reuben who originally hailed from Goa, did not leave his tropical roots behind with his love for roots & reggae as well as folk & classic Americana.

Performing in many of Western Australia's popular venues Reuben De Melo along with his wife Olivia are always seeking a soulful connection on and off the stage. They take to the road and sky this May, performing across the UK, Europe before returning home for a tour across Western Australia.

Olivia De Melo is the wife of Reuben De Melo, who are a beloved music duo, producing music & loving life! Known as one of Perth's (Western Australia) music industry power couples, those lucky enough to have seen & heard them live know it's an experience not to be missed.

Olivia is an indie-soul at heart with an eclectic mix of singer-songwriter, chill pop and folk influences with Sunday chilled vibes.
