Reservation Terms
A credit card is required to secure your reservation. Please advise the restaurant if you need to change or cancel your reservation. All booking cancellations must be confirmed 48hrs prior to the time of your booking. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if it is not confirmed by 12 noon on the day of your booking. For any reservation which cancels with less than 48hrs notice or fails to show, a No Show Fee of $50pp is automatically charged.
- Credit card transactions incur a processing fee of 1.0 – 1.5%.
- Debit cards incur a processing fee of 0.7 – 1%.
- Eftpos cards do not incur a fee.
- 10% surcharge is applicable Sundays.
- 15% surcharge applies on Public Holidays.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that any cancellation to your reservation be made no less than 48 hours prior. For no shows or late cancellations, you will be subject to fee of $50 per person that will be applied to the credit card on file. Guests are asked to wear smart casual attire in keeping with the sophistication of our dining room and bar. Please refrain from wearing sports clothing or beachwear, including sleeveless t-shirts, frayed or ripped clothing, hats & flip flops.
Cakeage Policy
A cakeage fee applies for guests bringing their own cake to dine in our venues:
- Petition: $5 per person
- Post: $5 per person
- Long Chim: $3 per person
- Wildflower: $15 per person
