Heritage Room
Oversized windows fill these generous rooms with natural light, maximising the surrounding views. Extra-large en-suite bathrooms add to the sense of space, with select rooms thoughtfully designed for accessibility, featuring roll-in en-suites.
Treasury Room
Our spacious Treasury Rooms overlook Cathedral Square, Stirling Gardens or the city skyline, each featuring a generous sitting area with space to accommodate an additional bed or cot.

Studio Suite
Studio Suites offer an abundance of space and light. Located in the Treasury Wing, these suites are bathed in natural light and enjoy views across the city, including Elizabeth Quay and Perth Town Hall.
Cabinet Suite
Once the State Government’s Cabinet Room, this historic suite features a distinctive interior defined by dormer windows, rich timber detailing and a strong sense of place.
Heritage Suite
Located in the former Treasurer’s Office, this suite offers an abundance of space and considered detail, distinguished by its historic truss ceiling and refined styling.
Treasury Suite
These two suites offer a refined residential feel within the contemporary hotel. Generous, light-filled bedrooms are paired with a separate sitting room, and enjoy partial views across the Swan River, creating a relaxed and spacious retreat.
COMO Suite
The COMO Suite represents the pinnacle of luxury accommodation in Perth. Overlooking St Georges Terrace and Stirling Gardens, this expansive suite features a generous living area separate from the bedroom — ideal for entertaining, unwinding and extended stays in the heart of the city.
Family Suite
