Business Incubator Program Launches

State Buildings has launched a business incubator program offering subsidized workspace, mentorship, and networking opportunities for Western Australian startups and small businesses within their heritage properties.

Fostering Local Enterprise

The program provides twenty businesses with affordable office space in beautifully restored heritage buildings, access to meeting rooms and shared facilities, plus connections to established business networks and professional mentors. Priority is given to businesses in creative industries, hospitality, sustainable technology, and heritage-related sectors.
